First time putting myself out there and actually singing in a video- I know the sounds not the greatest and I have no idea if I even sound ok but opinions (please be gentle though- haha- I'm already nervous!!) and suggestions are welcomed!

Beautiful song!

While it's clear that you demoing the song more than the production, if you re-record it, I hope you don't use too much processing or added arrangement. IMO, the voice/piano works, and the song should stay intimate. Just my opinion, of course!

Thank you! I honestly have no idea how to use processing or add more arrangement to it- haha- so no worries there! My voice is ok then? Smile

I think your voice works great with this kind of song.

This is a beautiful song...how long have you been writing?  I really like the internal rhymes in the first two lines...they seemed natural and purposeful...this song is suited well for a single voice and instrument...I bet it would sound great with an acoustic guitar and vocal also...you have a lovely voice and play very well...keep writing.

I agree with firesong. This is a beautiful song that would be well suited for an acoustic guitar. I did have a little trouble hearing the vocals over the piano, but great job...

Hi! I really enjoyed it, you have a beautiful voice and it's a great song and suits you. I would love to hear more! I could actually hear the words but I think your voice should stand out a bit more because it really makes the song as do the words and melody. Be blessed. Robsie

Thank you so much! I wrote my first song when I was 13 and have attempted a few since then, but this is the only other song that I really think is any good!
